Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At MAEVEWEAR, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return or exchange within 6 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned within 6 days of delivery
- All original packaging must be intact
Please note:
Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We offer free exchanges for eligible items.
- Replacement items are shipped at no additional cost
- Exchanges are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item
- A new order will be created for your replacement
REFUNDS
- Refund requests must be submitted within 6 days of delivery
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 days after inspection
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
After 6 days:
- You may receive store credit or an exchange (same or lesser value)
- Any remaining balance will be issued as a digital store credit
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
RETURN SHIPPING
- If the return is due to a MAEVEWEAR error (wrong or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs
- If using our prepaid label (when not our error), the cost will be deducted from your refund
ORDER ISSUES
We take full responsibility for:
- Defective or damaged products
- Incorrect items, sizes, or colors sent
In such cases, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
We are unable to process refunds for:
- Incorrect shipping details provided at checkout
- Orders already processed or shipped
Please ensure all order details are correct before confirming your purchase.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Product colors may slightly vary due to lighting or screen differences
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If your refund hasn’t been received:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider
- Allow 5–10 business days for processing
